BECAUSE WE'RE NOT ONE.
WE'RE A SMALL TEAM BY DESIGN
No layers. No handoffs. No disappearing into a Slack channel you’re not invited to.
With 20 years of combined customer service experience and 10 years in marketing, we know how brands actually need to be supported. Proactively, thoughtfully, and with no details falling through the cracks. We stay two steps ahead because we’re deeply involved in the work. We’re hands-on, transparent, and human. We bring real-life experiences into everything we create, and we don’t hide behind buzzwords or bullsh*t.

At the end of the day, it’s just us. Showing up fully, doing the work, and building
digital spaces that are safer, more inclusive, and actually feel good to be in.

WE'RE FULLY OURSELVES HERE
We meet you where you’re at... without the fluff. We talk to you like we talk to our friends. We will never promise you virality (because hear us when we say this: that is NOT a strategy). We curse like sailors. We're not afraid to admit when we're wrong. We make decisions so you don't have to. We will never just tell you what you want to hear. And maybe most importantly, we make it so that you don't absolutely despise marketing your brand anymore ;)

LONG STORY, (NOT) SHORT
In 2020, my husband Jeremy and I decided to move back to California after our long-term stay with family in Rhode Island turned short. When I learned I could no longer work remotely as Marketing and Sales Event Manager, we found ourselves having a pretty big decision to consider. And as we drove cross country, we had plenty of time to weigh all my options including the pros and cons of each. Sure, I could go back to Corporate America with a steady paycheck, or I could take a risk and start a business in the middle of a pandemic. Let's just say, you already know what happened next. By three months in, I was fully booked and loving every minute of it. At first, I offered every service under the sun such as administrative, event planning, marketing and social media, and websites, and I worked with a variety of people such as coaches, non-profits, realtors, and even celebrities. But as time went on, I continued to find that niching down even further was crucial to the efficiency and success of my business. So I decided to focus solely on social media. In the fall of 2023, just after celebrating my three year business anniversary and four year wedding anniversary, I hit a block in every sense of the word. Emotionally, mentally, and even physically. Not only was I burnt out, but I also was starting to question myself, what I was doing, and if it was worth it to keep going. In that period of discomfort and challenging how I had been operating, I found more clarity than I could have ever hoped for. I found a renewed purpose in myself and a renewed focus in the business. Nowadays, you'll find us helping our clients authentically and consistently show up online with strategic initiatives that are both diverse and sustainable, meeting with our advisory board to ensure we are up to speed on all things marketing from every angle, collaborating with our team of diverse content experts, and keeping up with the craziness of the industry.
